1 范围

本文件规定了在手工金属焊接、气割和类似作业中使用的防护手套的技术要求、标识和制造商提供的信息，描述了试验方法。

本文件适用于在焊接和相关作业过程中对手部和臂部起保护作用的焊工防护手套。

本文件不适用于水下焊接、真空电子束焊等在特殊场合或需要自动焊接设备的特殊焊接作业中使 用的防护手套。

3 术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

焊工防护手套 protective gloves for welders

保护手部和臂部免遭熔融金属滴的伤害，防护接触有限火焰、对流热、接触热、机械性伤害且垂直电阻满足直流电弧焊(电压小于100 V)的防护手套。

4 焊工防护手套的防护类别

焊工防护手套的防护类别分为两类：

——A类：具有较高的热防护性能：

——B类：具有较低的热防护性能。

5 技术要求

5.1 无害性

焊工防护手套的材质应符合GB42298-2022中5.2的技术要求

5.6垂直电阻

用于电弧焊的焊工防护手套内外部材料之间不应有导电连接,例如金属、导电碳纤维材料。手套的垂直电阳应大于1x108

6试验方法

6.1 手套最短长度

焊工防护手套的尺寸编号应按照GB42298-2022中5.3.2的要求进行选定,相应的最短长度应按照GBT1624-2020中4.2.2的规定进行测量，

6.2 机械防护性能

6.2.1 取样与环境

机械防护性能的取样和环境应按照GB24541-2022中第5章的规定进行。若用于测试的手套部位由不同的材料组合而成,如无特殊说明,应作为一个整体进行测试。

6.2.2 耐磨损性

焊工防护手套的耐磨损性应按照GB24541-2022中6.1的规定进行测试。当手套样品的掌部和背部不是同种材质组成时,应分别测试其耐磨损性,按两者中较低的等级为最终结果。

7标识

7.1 手套本体标识

每只手套上的标识应以耐久以及清晰可见的方式呈现,应至少包含以下内容:制造商或者其授权代表的名称、商标或其他识别方法;

手套名称(商业名称或代码);

手套尺寸;

面料和里料的材质组成和阻燃类型(本质阻燃或后处理阻燃);

执行标准号;

生产日期;

焊接防护图形符号:执行的标准编号和防护类别(A类或B类),见图1;机械危害防护图形符号:执行的标准编号和性能等级编号,见图2;洗涤方法,若不能洗涤应注明“不可洗涤”。

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, marking, and information supplied by the manufacturer for protective gloves used in manual metal welding, gas cutting, and similar operations, and describes the test method.

This document is applicable to protective gloves for welders that protect hands and arms during welding and related operations.

This document is not applicable to protective gloves used in special occasions (such as underwater welding, and vacuum electron beam welding) or special welding operations requiring automatic welding equipment.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

3.1

protective gloves for welders

protective gloves that protect hands and arms from damage caused by molten metal droplets, protect against limited contact flames, convective heat, contact heat, and mechanical injury, and have a vertical resistance that satisfies the DC arc welding (voltage: less than 100 V)

4 Protective categories of protective gloves for welders

The protective categories of protective gloves for welders are divided into the following categories:

——Class A: With high thermal protective performance;

——Class B: With low thermal protective performance.
